3 Minute Short Film
Script-Breakdown
The script breakdown was also easy and straight forward, I saw the movie Devil for some reference and inspiration. The movie was also set in a lift like mine. They used a full shot to show all the characters in the lift and when the door was open they used medium to close up shot to show of each characters, later in the movie. They even made use of the mirrors of the lift to squeeze all characters in to the frame. So I devised to do the same and designed my lift with top half mirrors which is common now a days. I took the movies advice and used medium shots mostly. Oh! and the best shot I thought was the security camera ones. They used an high angle shot with a fish eye effect to put the whole lift in view.
I also looked at a website about storyboarding and camera angles, where i picked up some small stuff but was mostly filled with info I already knew.
